Hey Hello Daniel !

Effectively….the rain was extremely unfortunate BUT…..enjoying the day with your spouse and your own 3 kids…..priceless !!
We had a fantastic time. First I never told them which yacht I reserved so when they saw GHOST 2 arriving…..they were really impressed. The yacht look very impressive. Beautiful !
The catering crew ( Johny, Marina and the Chef ) were absolutely awesome. Very professional, great food…..I mean the Chef worked a lot to please us and we all appreciated it. Johny did show a great leadership right from the first minute.
The Captain and the deck crew were very friendly but very discrete and not intrusive….what we liked. A good mix of sailing and anchoring for lunch.
Finally, the guide Jaimie was absolutely fantastic. It was really worth it. Very knowledgeable. Samething, in our faces to describe the harbor at the right time but not intrusive to our family. Very well balanced.
And finally, yourself Daniel that was our master organizer…..you did a fantastic job as well. I would use you again without any hesitation !!! You are very, very professional. 
Maybe one day we would do a full charter of few days sleeping on board. That should be great.

Everyone had an absolute blast. Every part was amicably organised. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely amazing. The boat was fantastic. Can’t fault one thing.

We all had an absolute amazing time on the cruise- the boat was perfect for our group- very luxurious, we loved the fact we were all together on the one floor, and the indoor/outdoor aspect with large deck was great. The Captain was extremely accommodating and not to mention his 6 star staff with their hospitality on the night. Please extend a massive thankyou to Anne-Marie, Rosie, Ken and the staff- They were superb in every way. Their service was flawless and impeccable.  The Chefs canapes were delicious and made to perfection, their presentation was on point- everyone loved them! 

We cannot wait to have another event with you and we will definitely be requesting the same crew (only the best).

It has been a pretty bloody awful year in terms of COVID with our team having to work remotely from home, so the harbour cruise on Oscar II was totally awesome giving us a chance to reconnect and bond.  A wonderful evening with an amazing crew going above and beyond to provide top notch service and gourmet catering to tantalise the taste buds. Aranui is a really beautiful boat that shows off to good effect all the thought and care that has gone into building her – and was perfect for this job – but we also had a wonderful skipper in Brenda and her crew, Russell, who together secured marvellous position for us in the heart of the action and were attentive throughout. With all the other boats and restrictions this was a much bigger and more important aspect of the charter than I’d realised and we value and appreciate your experience in that regard.
We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending you or using your services again and in case it helps have already given AMEX glowing feedback to that effect.

The boat worked really well. It is so spacious and excellent for entertaining, so we could all move around easily and sit or stand. Very comfortable, quiet and stable. Ideal for that sort of function.

We all had a great time, the day ran smoothly and even the weather turned out to be nice!

The staff on the day were all amazing, all food was brought out in a timely manner and communication throughout the day was excellent between all the crew. Claudia was so lovely, she asked for my confirmation first before any decisions were made (when to dock, what time for speeches etc).

Thank you for all your assistance throughout the planning process, you remained in contact and ensured all our needs were accommodated to. There was talk of another cruise once we hit 200 stores so I will be in touch then!

We have received a lot of great feedback on the experience and the evening.
People really enjoyed the boat, the food and hospitality. (I wish that I could have stayed for the entire evening!)
Team members have commented to me that Kate and the crew were very warm and welcoming, and made people feel right at home (including a birthday girl!). The food received great reviews (prawn and chorizo skewers a big hit), and I understand that the amount of food was perfect and well-paced (right down to the curry at the end). It sounds like the beverage package also worked out well!
People were also very appreciative of the 2nd pick up at 7pm.
So thanks very much again for hosting a great night for us. There isn’t anything which we would have done differently for that evening.”
