Monday – Thursday: AU$650 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Friday, Saturday & Sunday: AU$750 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
January – March, October – November
Sunday – Friday: AU$750 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Saturday: AU$850 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
December
Sunday – Thursday: AU$850 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
Friday & Saturday: AU$950 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Wharf / Travelling fees: AU$55 per docking
Additional travel fees apply at some wharves including west of Gladesville, Balmoral, Watsons Bay, Manly & The Spit: AU$440 each way
Wait staff: AU$330 per wait staff (4 hours)
Additional hours: AU$75 per hour per wait staff
1 – 15 guests: Included
16 – 30 guests: 1 extra wait staff required
31 – 49 guests: 2 extra wait staff required
50 – 70 guests: 3 extra wait staff required
