AU$3500 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Minimum 150 passengers for food and beverages
Wharf fees: AU$180 per charter
Wait staff: AU$250 per wait staff (4 hours)
AU$50 per hour thereafter
1 wait staff required per 20 passengers
Security required
2 guards required for up to 150 passengers: AU$700
Additional guard per 100 guests: AU$350 per guard
