Rates
March – September
AU$3000 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
October – February
AU$3500 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Wait staff: AU$450 per wait staff (4 hours)
AU$85 per hour thereafter
1 required per 10 guests
Chef: AU$400 (4 hours)
AU$100 per additional hour
If over 25 guests, an additional AU$100 per hour for a 2nd chef applies
Food & Beverages: Additional. Menu on request
Includes Captain and crew
Shoe Policy: No shoes on board.
