Rates
July – November, February – March
AU$1850 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Day rate (8 hours): AU$13,200
December & January
Sunday – Thursday: AU$2050 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Friday & Saturday: AU$2250 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Day rate (8 hours): AU$14,800
Travelling/Wharf fees: AU$50 per docking
Wait staff: AU$360 per wait staff (4 hours)
Additional hours: $90 per hour per wait staff

BYO food: AU$5 per person per hour: Includes plates, cutlery, platters, BBQ, galley
BYO Beverage: AU$5 per person per hour: Includes use of glassware, cups, ICE, water, soft drinks, tea & coffee
