After take-off, enjoy panoramic views of the Sydney skyline, Pacific Ocean and Port Botany before flying over Sydney Harbour, passing the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House. Continue north along the coastline to Palm Beach, then track inland over Pittwater, the Hawkesbury River and the Central Coast before arriving in the renowned vineyards of the Hunter Valley.

On arrival to Hunter Valley, enjoy a gourmet lunch in a tranquil setting, where warm country hospitality complements the exceptional food and wine for which the Hunter Valley is famous.
