Element is a rare & sporty Warren Yacht boasting beautiful teak decks with al fresco dining areas perfect for summer cruising. A 2018 refurbishment of the interior offers a more luxurious modern saloon. The upper deck features a retractable sunroof with a cosy seating area. Element provides pockets of social areas offering corporate outings great networking space.
The space is terrific throughout Element including front sun bed area and top deck lounge area providing VIP guests the flexibility and comfort they deserve.
Rates
March – October
AU$1200.00 per hour (minimum 3 hours)
November – February
AU$1400.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Special rate for November 2024
Monday – Wednesday: AU$1200.00 per hour (minimum 4 hours)
Travelling/Wharf fee: AU$50.00 per docking
Travelling fees of AU$300 may apply at non CBD wharves
Wait staff: AU$350 per wait staff (4 hours)
AU$75 per hour thereafter
1 – 10 guests: 1 wait staff required
11 – 20 guests: 2 wait staff required
21 – 35 guests: 3 wait staff required

BYO food: AU$200
BYO Beverages: AU$500 for up to 25 passengers
AU$20 per person thereafter
