Berowra Waters Inn, set in bushland along the placid Hawkesbury River and is accessible only by boat or seaplane.

Recently refurbished and offering an exquisite menu headed by Irish born Brian Geraghty who moved to Australia at the age of four and began cooking at just 14. After undertaking his apprenticeship in various restaurants near his home in regional NSW, he relocated to Sydney to learn from some of the masters of modern Australian cuisine.

The flight takes off from Rose Bay and glides over the Northern Beaches and Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. After lunch the flight back down and over Sydney Harbour is spectacular, taking in the views of the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
